Constructed using thousands of tightly wound microfibers, this string offers a soft, comfortable string bed with power to spare. Quasi-Gut utilizes a new thermo-elastic polyurethane resin to bind the multifilament core of the string for enhanced tension maintenance for longer playability. The tightly wound microfibers are coated to extend time before fraying begins, and then wrapped again with larger filaments in an outerwrap. This construction helps to increase the durability of the string by not allowing the wear to immediately occur to the smaller multifilament core. With this much performance made available at an economical price, this string is definitely worth a try for anyone looking for natural gut like performance with added durability.
