The Tourna 350-CS Stringing Machine packs in the features of much more expensive machines, but in a space saving, and more affordable package. The 6 point auto-leveling mounting system, has a smooth operator base, adjustable V supports, and a one hand clamp locking mechanism. The string clamps have been redesigned to save space and be more precise, and the 350-CS features an adjustable height stand to customize to the stringer. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive tracking information. Stringing Machines can ONLY be shipped to addresses within the Continental United States.   Shipping Information Price includes UPS Ground shipping. For air shipping we will contact you back with a quote. All Stringing Machines/Ball Machines are drop shipped directly from manufacturer and can ONLY be returned to manufacturer for warranties, refunds or exchanges. All Stringing Machines/Ball Machines must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns outside of 30 days will not be accepted. Stringing Machines/Ball Machines needing to be returned for any reason will require a Return Authorization (RA) issued by Tennis Express. Returned product can be subject to a restocking fee plus shipping costs both ways. Return shipping costs will be paid by customer. Refunds will take 1-3 weeks, which allows time to verify condition of product returned. Manufacturer warranties will vary, please review product details.   Drop ship returns: An unopened stringing machine box can only be returned within 24hrs of receiving the machine.  Any drop shipped item (shipped directly from manufacturer) must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original invoice date. You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Tennis Express. Please email Crystal@TennisExpress.com with your return request. Any restocking fees and return shipping costs, customer will be responsible for. Return shipping labels are not provided for drop shipped items. Items must be returned unused with original packaging.
