The Tourna Ennox Electronic Tension Head affixes to any stringing machine with standard crank rails. The tension head is compatible with drop weight bases. The tension head features a precision-driven motor that pulls tension in .5-pound increments. Note: Due to the weight of this machine, actual shipping and handling costs will vary from the price quoted at checkout. After order completes, we will obtain the actual costs for shipping this model to your zip code. We will contact you for approval.      Most of our stringing machines are items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive tracking information. Stringing Machines can ONLY be shipped to addresses within the Continental United States.   Shipping Information Price includes UPS Ground shipping. For air shipping we will contact you back with a quote. All Stringing Machines/Ball Machines are drop shipped directly from manufacturer and can ONLY be returned to manufacturer for warranties, refunds or exchanges. All Stringing Machines/Ball Machines must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns outside of 30 days will not be accepted. Stringing Machines/Ball Machines needing to be returned for any reason will require a Return Authorization (RA) issued by Tennis Express. Returned product can be subject to a restocking fee plus shipping costs both ways. Return shipping costs will be paid by customer. Refunds will take 1-3 weeks, which allows time to verify condition of product returned. Manufacturer warranties will vary, please review product details.   Drop ship returns: An unopened stringing machine box can only be returned within 24hrs of receiving the machine.  Any drop shipped item (shipped directly from manufacturer) must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original invoice date. You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Tennis Express. Please email Crystal@TennisExpress.com with your return request. Any restocking fees and return shipping costs, customer will be responsible for. Return shipping labels are not provided for drop shipped items. Items must be returned unused with original packaging.
